BioI'm not a nice guy.
You want someone to coddle you, hold your hand? I'm not the one. I only do business. You need the best weapons money can buy? Talk to me. We'll work something out.
The Person: Owen Davian sells weapons to and develops weapons for terrorists. He doesn't do it for political reasons. He does it for the money, and for kicks. He has no objection to using these weapons on other people for free, especially if they annoy him.
Personality: Davian says what he means. If he says he will kill you, he will kill you, and if he says how he will kill you, 99.99% of the time that is precisely how you will die. Davian cares for no one but himself. He may treat his customers well, but that's because it's good business to do so. He hates nosy people (like secret agents) and enjoys torturing and eventually killing them.
Apperance: 5'9, on the pudgy side, blonde hair, blue eyes. Easy to underestimate, physically. Not very wise to do that.
